With Motorhome Assist from Customer Protect, help will be sent to your breakdown location, and we’ll pay for mileage and call out fees as well as recovering your motorhome to the nearest garage or your home address.

Whats Included

  • Recovery for the motorhome, driver and up to 5 passengers to the nearest garage. 

  • If recovery to a garage is not possible, recovery for the motorhome, driver and up to 5 passengers to your home address / original destination. 

  • Recovery for trailers or caravans attached at no extra cost. 

  • Home assist within a one mile radius of your home address. Recovery to a garage if on the spot repair not possible. 

  • Assistance with communicating with home or work if required. 

Not Included

  • Assistance required due to accident, fire or theft. 

  • The cost of any parts, components or materials used to repair the vehicle.

  • Hire vehicle costs. 

  • Claims made relating to any non-standard, modified or customised vehicles.
