How to make a claim

To make a claim on this warranty, give us a call and a member of our claims team will be ready to help you. It’s important to call us before having any repair work done to avoid invalidating your claim.

1. Give us a call
We collect all the information we need whilst on the phone. This will include information on where the vehicle is and whether it can be driven or not.
2. Repairer Allocated
Your repair will be allocated to a repairer within our nationwide repair network.


3. Diagnosis
The repairer will diagnose the fault and cause of the fault and let us know what the problem is.
4. Decision
Once we have all the information we need, we’ll make a decision on whether the repair is included in the warranty on the vehicle.


5. What to do next
Customers will be informed of our decision and what to do next.
6. Complete
Once repairs are complete, we’ll provide a final copy of the repair details as well as the final cost of the repair that we’ve paid for.
